If you purchased the product from oldshacksurf.com please follow these instructions:
If you've used the product you can't return it, sorry! If the product hasn't been used you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note, your return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You can follow the instructions below to get one of those labels. Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange something you'll have to return the unwanted product for a full refund. You can go back and purchase what you need. Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded.

To return a purchase, please follow the following instructions:

• Visit our return center here.
• Enter the email address you used to place your order.
• Check your email for the instructions emailed to you.
• Select the order you would like to return.
• Complete and submit the online return request form, and print the return shipping label.
• Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials, and stick that return label to your return.
• Drop your return package off at a shipping location.

A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return is processed. You can always ask us for help, contact our customer service team at info@oldshacksurf.com and we'd be stoked to help you out!

*Old Shack does not accept returns or exchanges on wetsuits that have been worn in the water. We ask that you please make sure the suit fits 100% correctly BEFORE getting into the water.

*Old Shack reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

*All sales are final on Old Shack stickers, gift cards, prints, and surfboards. Custom surfboards can be returned due to manufacturing error, but they must not be waxed, riden, dinged, or damaged in anyway. Moreover, they will be inspected by Old Shack and thus determined at that point if the surfboard qualifies for a return. All shipping costs for a return, will be the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

If you've used the product you can't return it, sorry! If the product hasn't been used, damaged, and tags are still attached, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. Old Shack does not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.

To return an International purchase, please follow the following instructions:

• Select the order you would like to return.
• Complete and submit the online return request form.
• Create your own label with the carrier of your choice with a label that has tracking.

Orders will be processed and shipped within two to three business days, excluding holidays and weekends. If you need your order rushed, we offer expedited shipping at checkout. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. Please note that our shipping department is closed on the weekends, on all major holidays and from Christmas though New Year's day. If it's been over 2 business days (monday-friday) since you entered your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team at info@oldshacksurf.com and we'd be more than happy to check the status of your order.
